1. Procurement Officer (Risk & Compliance Officer)
- Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, Management, or a relevant field. Supply Chain Management/Procurement Management qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience, with 2 years in procurement and contract management in the development or public sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in English, MS Office, and knowledge of international/national procurement rules.
2. Compliance Officer
- Qualifications: Graduation in commerce, accounting, finance, arts, science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of public sector experience in budget & accounts, internal auditing, and compliance.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, IT & communication skills, and strong English language skills.
3. Project Engineer
- Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering with MS in Project Management.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years in Public Sector Development Programme/Projects, preferably foreign-funded.
- Skills: Proficiency in ArcGIS, knowledge of survey tools, fluency in English and Urdu.
4. Project/Research Associate
- Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Education teaching and learning/leadership and management/ Public Policy/ Social Policy/ Social /Economic Development or relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in public and/or private sector organizations, preferably in education and early childhood education.
- Skills: Project management experience, evaluation of technical bids, knowledge of government structures, and proficiency in statistical analysis software.
